The Justice Tinuade Akomolafe-Wilson-led three-man Court of Appeal Panel, has ordered the Senate President, Bukola Saraki, to return to the Code of Conduct Tribunal, CCT, to face trial on three of the counts of corruption, over failure to disclose his assets.
The appellate court Judges, on Tuesday evening, ruled that three of the counts have been proven beyond reasonable doubt by the prosecutors of the Code of Conduct Tribunal.
Recall, that that Federal Government had appealed the judgement of the CCT that ruled in favour of Saraki.
