THE Sultan of Sokoto and President General of the Supreme Council For Islamic Affairs Alhaji Sa’ad Abubakar II has tasked President Buhari with an all-inclusive governance to put an end to the on-going agitations in the country especially the Biafra agitation.
Speaking through the Executive Secretary of Abuja National Mosque, Alhaji Ibrahim Jega at the “Collaborative Interfaith Peace and Security Capacity Building Workshop” organised by the Nigerian Army Resource Centre (NARC) in conjunction with Inter-Religious Peace Initiative at the NARC Complex, Abuja, he blamed the current weak security system on corruption, threats of insurgency and agitations.
On the ongoing war on corruption, he threw his weight behind President Muhammdu Buhari in his avowed declaration to end corruption in the country.
He advised the Federal Government to be fair, equitable, and just to every Nigerian in the distribution of amenities and resources.
