N/Delta must join APC if they want to enjoy their Oil wealth - Dr. Cairo Ojougbo

A former member of the House of Representatives, Dr. Cairo Ojougbo, has said that for the Niger Delta to enjoy its vast oil wealth, it must join forces with the governing All Progressives Congress, (APC).

He stated this while fielding questions in an interview with the Vanguard on national issues and his decision to leave to leave his former party, the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP). 

He said: ''We are re-engineering the party, we are re-working the party to elicit and propagate correct opposition mechanism in Delta State.

''If you look at the party manifesto and if you look at what they want to do in Delta State, Deltans cant wait for it to happen.''
