Benue Indigenes have expressed outrage over a comment by Nnamdi Kanu that the Federal Government offered him five Igbo-speaking states in the proposed 'Biafra' republic.

Part of the outrage by the people of Benue also extended to calling the IPOB leader all sorts of derogatory names.

This was in sharp reaction to the claims as it went viral on the social media.

Earlier Kanu had claimed that the Federal Government only acceded to his demand of a breakaway Biafra republic which will be made up of five Igbo-speaking states which he rejected if it does not include Rivers and Benue States.
