Outspoken ex Presidential Adviser, Reno Omokri has criticized Kaduna's governor Nasir El Rufai over his explosive memo to President Muhammadu Buhari again.
According to him, El Rufai's memo "has the capacity to incite Nigerians against the Buhari-led administration."
"I don't know if that's his intention," he said, adding that El Rufai is the "most manipulative person" he's ever met. He added that El Rufai is a "cold calculating person."
