The legal team of IPOB has file a motion for the Fundamental Human right of Benjamin Madubugwu IgbereTv reports.

recall that Kanu and two others (David Nwawusi and Benjamin Madubugwu) are being prosecuted on six counts of treasonable felony and unlawful possession of firearms preferred against them by the Federal Government.

Today, the case will be heard by by federal high court Abuja,court room 2.
