President Buhari’s daughter, Zahra yesterday, who is an ACE ambassador and her team commissioned a new library in Tirkaniya, Kaduna built by ACE Charity, an NGO that focuses on Education, Training, Economic empowerment, and affordable Health Care for orphans..
