JUST IN! Gunmen Kill Two Policemen In Nassarawa

Gunmen on Monday killed two policemen along the Akwanga-Keffi federal highway, Nasarawa State. The State police spokesman, Idrisu Kennedy, confirming the incident to newsmen said the slain officers were ambushed while on lawful duty around Mandara village near Garaku, the headquarters of Kokona local government area. 
 

The PPRO who declined to mention the names of the slain officers, explained that five officers were stationed at the check point, due to frequent robbery and kidnap cases at that particular point.
