A teenage kidnapper who reportedly delivers victims to her Uncle in Abia State for rituals, has been arrested by officers attached to Rivers State Police Command.

She was caught red-handed while delivering 4-year-old Destiny Gabriel, who was reported missing by her Parents in Igbo-Etche, Rivers State.
