President Buhari Meets With Northern Governors In Abuja Before His Trip To US. (Photos)

After meeting with Hon. Kashim Shettima, the governor of Borno state/Chairman Northern Governors Forum along with Governors Ganduje and Tambuwal of Kano and Sokoto states respectively, President Muhammadu Buhari has left the State House for Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport on his way to the United States for the 72nd Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA 72). 

The theme for this year’s Debate is: “Focusing on People: Striving for Peace and a Decent Life for All on a Sustainable Planet.”

President Buhari will join other world leaders at the welcoming reception to be hosted by the UN Secretary General, Antonio Guterres, and also hold a bilateral meeting with the UN scribe.
