Aso rock cabal at the Presidency are making fresh plan for the return of ailing Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari next week, Sahara Reporters says.

The online medium said the Cabal have also given the wife of the President unfettered access to her husband and fixed July 27 as the return date.
