This is a very disturbing report just reaching our newsroom now from Benue
According to an IPOB member in Makurdi, who sent in the report:
“The information reaching me right now has it that the lives of Biafrans in Daudu town under guma local govt Area Benue State is in great danger, as properties has been destroyed and our people are still in hiding for the sake of their lives but the makurdi coordinator has called on the police state head quarter to intervene on the issue but his calls was ignored by the police from H/quarters &control room makurdi.
The issue started from an arguement between an Igbo man &Tiv man which resulted to fighting, the tiv man went and mobilized mobs which started destroying Igbo properties.
Pls share this massage widely to save their lives in Daudu.”
