Igbo political elites have no influence over the youths that form the bulk of agitation for Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu should be consulted and dialogued with, former Governor of Anambra State Mr Peter tells Acting President Osinbajo.
He sent the message to the Federal Government while speaking on Channels Television. He restated his belief in dialogue and extensive consultation to halt the agitation in the South-East.
He said, ''Consulting with the those involved and hearing their grievances is the best thing to do instead of the political elites who have little or no commanding influence or control over the youths that form the bulk of the agitation''
He cited an instance when he had to personally consult with MASSOB leadership while he was the Governor of Anambra State. He said his meeting with the above-named settled the problem which was never heard of again.
