Former Lagos State Police Commissioner, Alhaji Abubakar Tsav said the Igbos are only looking for a way to survive by including the southern minorities as part of Biafra whose land the oil flow.
He made the remark while fielding questions in a chat warning that if Nigeria breaks up today there would be a lot of subversions.
According to him, ''If we go our different ways there will be a lot of subversions. Go to any big city in the north and you would find Igbo deeply rooted there. Some of them have established there for a very long time. They’ve turned that place their homes.
While lambasting the Igbos for the inclusion of the southern minorities to the proposed Biafra, he said, ''The worse thing is that their area is very narrow. Assuming we have to break away now and they say Biafra should go, people who will suffer in that Biafra will be the minority because the Igbo people are eyeing the oil in that region.''
