An international arrest warrant for two ex-soldiers suspected of murdering a journalist during Jammeh's reign of terror has been issued by a Gambian court in Banjul, Reuters reports.
The ex-soldiers are former Colonel Kawsu Camara and Major Sanna Manjang said principal magistrate Isatou Janneh-Njie.
The two suspects, according to the report, are members of the Jammeh's dreaded hit men 'the Junglers'.
The warrants are part of attempts by authorities under new President Adama Barrow to redress abuses under Jammeh, who lost an election in December but initially refused to step down.
