The United States government has reiterated its willingness to sustain exchange programmes in Nigeria which it says are more than 20, TVC news reports.
The disclosure was made by the counselor for Public Affairs of the United States embassy in Nigeria at the inauguration of America International Exchange Alumni and mentoring of some Osun state students.
More than one million people he said , have benefited from the the exchange programme globally.
He assured Nigeria that the US government will continue to sustain them with a view to improving on its relationship with Nigeria.
As part of the above promise, 20 students were selected from four schools in Osun state by the America International Exchange Alumni to undergo computer training for 8 weeks.
The chairman of the alumni in Osun state, Femi Adefila said the essence is to mentor the students and place them at per with their counterparts across the globe.Like Us on Facebook!
