The Indigenous People of Biafra have been reportedly invited to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW in Washington, DC., the official residence and principal workplace of the President of the United States, the White House by Congressman Matt Gaetz.
This was made known by Candy Stallworth, one of the group's foreign active supporters based in the US.
According to Stallworth, the group will reportedly be in the White House on May 29th, 2017 a day before the remembrance of 'their fallen heroes' which takes place on May 30th of every year.
Disclosing the information, Stallworth wrote: "Biafra, IPOB leaders come one come all! we have been invited by Congressman Matt Gaetz we are heading inside the whitehouse, history will be made!
If you are IPOB member and want to come please contact me so I can get a head count! The date we will be going is May 29th 2017, we will go live in the White House that day! What an opportunity! Please make RSV Now!"
