Today a judge ( HON. JUSTICE KAFARATI) that suppose to preside a case of Benjamin and david nwawuisi has make the hearing to suffer a systematic set back by shifting the hearing of David Nwawusisi and ADJOURNING that of Benjamin Madubugwu.
Only in Nigeria will a presiding judge absconds a case of breach of Fundamental human right brought before the court.
This shows that Nigeria government do have respects for fundamental human right.

No wonder members of the indigenous people of Biafra has been suffering extrajudicial killings in the hands of Nigeria security forces without the government taken any drastic action/measures.
Instead, they will keep denying that their security agencies have never shot or kill Biafrans despite various forensic evidence that proves otherwise.

This is why Biafra citizens must do everything humanely possible to breakaway from Nigeria government.
We CAN NEVER be in a country that do not respects the fundamental human rights of her citizens. Neither can we be in a country where a presiding Judge will failed to deliver judgment because of visa appointment.
We as the indigenous people values our RIGHT. Our RIGHT is our freedom, therefore let no one jeopardize with it because we shall stop at nothing to restore Biafra
