The Judge, Binta Nyako is now reading her ruling on the application of the IPOB leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to quash the charges against him as the charges lacks merit.
But that is not before the Lawyers to the IPOB leader complained bitterly of the way and manner that the DSS officials are arresting Biafrans that came to witness the court proceeding.
The lawyers pointed out to the Judge that some IPOB leaders were arrested in the court premises and thus demanded for their immediate release and wants the Judge to make a pronunciation mandating the DSS to release them but the Judge is sounding very hostile claiming that the DSS can arrest and charge anyone found wanting to the court.
The Judge who seemed angry said to the Biafran lawyers that the case today is slated for ruling and asked if the IPOB lawyers are not ready for the ruling.
