Abba Kyari who is the chief of staff to President Muhammadu Buhari was flown to the UK for emergency medical treatment and some details of the incident have been revealed. The president’s chief of staff suddenly fell ill on Thursday, December 2 after he began to have breathing difficulties.

Premium Times reports that a presidential source confirmed that Kyari was rushed to London on a British Airway flight on Wednesday morning. The anonymous source revealed that Kyari had recently travelled abroad to treat diabetes. “The Chief was almost unconscious when they took him to the UK, but he is doing very well now.”
