Niger Delta militants have reportedly struc again again in Delta state.

According to an eyewitness:

“There was a heavy sound vibration this morning around Ife community in warri south Delta state. The vibration was so intense that it affected some of the private depots. This incident happened in the mid night, only for us to realize that it was Niger Delta Avengers.

This news of bombing is the second after yesterday night bombing that took place in Ugheli same Delta state. Now the question is does it mean that billons of dollars splash on the Operation crocodile smile was a waste ?”
