Before I met this thread I used to believe Aisha is in the USA. I made few researches and found some inconsistencies that made me now believe otherwise:
1. No foreign media house (CNN, BBC, VOA, Al Jazeera etal) reported the visit. Only Nigerian media houses citing Sahara reporters as source. It ïs not possible that Nigerian first lady will visit USA without CNN carrying the news.
2. The VOA does not have the transcript of the alleged interview with Aisha on their website. In fact, no single result was returned for the search ‘Aisha Buhari’ on their search page.
3. The Past Events page of the website of US institute of peace does not record any event with Aisha.
4. For the first time under Obama’s administration, Michelle fails to host a visiting first lady. Meaning the wife of the President didn’t visit.
5. I don’t want to talk about the arrival hall of the Dulles Airport.

So, I was having a conversation with my distant cousin, an attorney in America, who was also my classmate in the UK.

Now, juxtapose her visit with that of the wife of the Senate president who went to America and took a selfie with Michelle and Obama and the wife of the president could not do so. Hmmm! It is not looking good.
The social media went agog with fake pictures and some APC pundits even argued with me that I am the liar trying to debunk a good news but could not prove me contrary to all the evidence.

It is so funny that a whole forty-five-year-old, strong, and beautiful wife of the president of the United states of Nigeria would visit another United State and not one diplomat from her country could receive her.
Now, we are yet again vindicated that Aisha Halliburton Buhari has such bony skeletons in her cupboard and would never dare her luck by landing in the United states of America.
