Reports indicate that six persons have escaped death in Abuja, on Monday, August 29, as an office building located on Plot 444, around Citec Villa, in Gwarinpa Area, collapsed.
The building which reportedly collapsed in the early hours of Monday, served as residence for some workers, whose organisations could not be immediately verified.
There are however, speculations that the building is owned by a former Governor of Osun State.
The six persons have already been pulled out of the rubble, while two are currently trapped.
Officials of the National Emergency Management Agency, NEMA, as well as the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, are spearheading the rescue operations.
