Imo State governor, Rochas Okorocha has revealed that after his political career, he would love to retire as a teacher.
Governor Okorocha who already runs an education foundation (Rochas foundation) disclosed that he would be having 5 children each from the poorest home in West African countries in his foundation.
All the children, he further, said would be domiciled in his Spibat mansion where he intends to establish the foundation.
According to him “I would love to retire as a teacher, my Spibat mansion would accommodate five children each from the West African countries, I want to live my life serving the poor”
Governor Okorocha revealed this yesterday while interacting with journalists at his Spibat mansion, Amakohia. He has also dismissed the claim that large expanse of land was forcefully acquired from the indigenes of Amakohia.
He said “it’s not true that I forced anybody to acquire the land, I bought it from Banex at the tune of 1 million dollars then, the only thing I did later was buying from those who had already bought in the area.”
