Strike and Be Fined #100,000 or 6month jail term, Says Minister Of Labour Chris Ngige

Commenting on the recent strike ungoing by the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) .Chris Ngige The Minister of Labor, says the proposed on going strike is illegal according to the laws of the land, and anyone or any faction of NLC partaking in such strike is liable to 100,000 naira fine or 6month jail term. The strike which was triggerred by the recent increase in pump price of Petrol from #87 naira to #145 naira as at yesterday is still on going, though they were not much turn out as some workers still went to their respect places of work.
