Chief Sir Victor Umeh has just won again.
The Supreme Court of Nigeria this afternoon struck out the motion brought before it by the PDP and Mr. Peter Obi challenging the Appeal Court’s decision to grant Chief Umeh Leave.
The Apex Court orders the Appeal Court to immediately hear the matter.

The Apex Court further asked the Appellate Court to proceed with accelerated hearing.
Its also important to note that PDP never filed anything at the Appellate Court and the time for such filing has elapsed.
