Some residents of Ibadan have come up with ‘creative‘ way of scaring PHCN officials away.
Recently, an official from the Ibadan Electric Distribution Company, visited an area where they spotted a tortoise attached to a power pole with a red cloth.
It is believed that the thing is some kind of ‘juju‘ that is designed to scare anyone away from attempting to climb up or even dare to cut off power supply.
In a tweet that was shared on the Ibadan Electric Distribution Company (IBEDC) twitter handle, they wrote:
“Lol, some Nigerians will do anything to avoid paying bills. As seen in Oyo state. Have a great week!“
