President Muhammadu Buhari is currently meeting with a former Head of State, Gen. Abdusalami Abubakar (retd.), at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

This is coming barely 1 hour after the Niger Delta Avengers reiterated its vow to declare Independence on October 1 2016

Abubakar arrived for the meeting at about 12.35pm in a black Mercedes Benz car.
